Средства, взятые компанией взаймы с целью финансирования коммерческих операций ( включая финансирование инвестиционных проектов). З.к. классифицируется по видам, срокам использования и другим признакам. заемный капитал
Часть совокупного капитала компании (в противоположность собственному или акционерному капиталу) сформированная из банковских долгосрочных кредитов, а также выпущенных и размещенных компанией облигаций. См. Финансовый рычаг, леверидж. З.к. классифицируется по видам, срокам использования и другим признакам. Все формы З.к., используемого предприятием, представляют собой его финансовые обязательства, подлежащие погашению в предусмотренные сроки.
